GCU utilities have an exciting opportunity for a Yards person to join their team in Inverness. In this role you will be looking after the store as well as maintaining the yard. You will be responsible for the smooth running of Stores, Workshop and Transport supporting GCU Operational Teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Keeping the yard stocked and tidy
• Ensure that Stores Areas are ordered, clean and tidy preventing slips, trips and falls within the area
• High level of accuracy/ attention to detail through Issue/ Returns and SAGE input
• Management of float for key operational consumables
• Key person manning the Service Desk/ Goods In Area

You will need:

• Stores experience
• Yard experience
• Capable of communicating with Operational Gangs/ Service Desk
• Full UK driver's licence
