GCU Utilities are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Gateshead. GCU will offer you the support and direction to thrive in this sector. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor you will be under the direction of the Commercial Manager and they will guide you through their processes. They will make sure you are prepared and ready to deliver in:

• Estimating cost planning
• Contract administration and cost control
• Measuring and Valuing works on site
• Final account preparation
• Ensure adherence to Sub-Contracts and sub-contractor payments

You will need:

• Holder or graduating with a HND or above in Quantity Surveying
