Duties include:
* Providing administrative support to ensure smooth running of office
* Liaising with clients via telephone and email
* Assisting Account Managers in preparing and following up paperwork
* Maintain and update company systems
* Assisting other departments when required
* Finding ways to improve processes
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
* Strong background in administration support
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office/365
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and planning skills
