Job Title: City Build Manager
Salary: 50k - 55k
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Overtime: As required & approved in advance

Overview and Main Responsibilities
As City Build Manager you will manage key client projects. Your responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time both within budget and scops, oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects, and prepare reports for senior management.
You will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget, coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and manage resource to support this.
The successful candidate will have substantial industry experience and be familiar with concepts, practices and procedures aligned to the sector. You will also have experience leading teams, this is an essential requirement.
