GCU have a great opportunity for an overhead cable technician to join their cabling team in Glasgow. You will join a busy team that has a strong pipeline of work.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing tasks as per from Work Packs
• Mounting & hanging Cables & equipment on telegraph poles
• Installation of cables, sub duct UG & OH
• Installation of fibre nodes UG & OH
• Produce A55's in consultation with the main Surveyor

You will need:

• PIA network experience
• Overhead installation experience
• Willing to work at heights of up to 10 meters
• NOPS card
• Street works Card
